Coquito
Coquito is best described as a Puerto Rican coconut eggnog, and it’s a perfect holiday treat for Christmas eve or even Christmas day! This batch recipe makes enough for 6-8 people, depending on how large of a cup you’re willing to share!
INGREDIENTS
1.5 cups Big Five Spiced Rum
15oz can cream of coconut
12oz can evaporated milk
14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp nutmeg
METHOD
Blend all ingredients on high in a blender, chill for at least one hour, serve cold!
GARNISH
An extra dash of cinnamon or a cinnamon stick
