Tropical Mimosa
A mimosa, but make it tropical. This fun take on a classic brunch cocktail is perfect for feeling like you’re on vacation every weekend! Pair with classic brunch foods, or mix these up for an early afternoon some salty snacks.
INGREDIENTS
1 oz Big Five Coconut Rum
4 oz Prosecco
2 oz orange (or pineapple) juice
METHOD
Pour Prosecco into champagne flutes, top with Big Five Coconut Rum and juice of choice.
GARNISH
Garnish with orange peel or pineapple slices and raspberries.
